The Jade Comb by Cecily Bradenis more than just a comb for the hair and scalp and features several angles and edges for professional Gua Sha treatments and client home care.
This lightweight, easy-to-use design molds easily in your hand for use on the face, crown and body. The fence-post-like ridges work to efficiently stimulate the energy points, untangle adhesions and create space by releasing stagnation and tension that attributes to multiple skin-related issues. The smooth edge irons and smooths the fascia and promotes the movement of lymph and exchange of impurities with essential nutrients for a brighter complexion and glow.
Favorite ways to use by Cecily Braden:
- Forehead to crown (from brow thru hairline)
- Lower cheeks (from nasal labia fold to side of face)
- Neck (from clavicle to jawline)
- Back of neck (from base of neck and shoulders to occipital ridge following through hairline)
- Lymphatic Drainage (follow lymphatic pathways)
- Body (stimulate circulation, cellulite reduction)
- Crown (stimulate circulation and nutrients to scalp for hair growth)
The CJB Pro Nephrite Stone (U.S. Patent D908,905), is an original patent protected design by Cecily Braden, Gua Sha Educator and expert in the use of facial massage tools. Its exclusive design is an essential part of her Gua Sha Facial Fusion protocol that combines the art of Gua Sha based on TCM, along with additional lymphatic drainage, connective tissue and facial contour & sculpting techniques.
Nephrite Jade is a dense stone that glides like silk on the skin and effortlessly contours the natural geography of the skin, so you can seamlessly fuse together a variety of facial massage techniques (light to deep) and become more fluid in achieving a myriad of desired results.
Benefits:
- instantly firms and lifts
- promotes lymphatic drainage
- renew facial contours
- reverse sagging skin
- diminish dark circles
- reduce puffiness
- minimize appearance of wrinkles (smoker, mimic and smile lines)
- brightens; promotes radiant complexion
- reduce dark spots; blemishes and other skin problems
The “beveled-shaped” design by Cecily Braden makes it easy to incorporate techniques for lymphatic drainage, sculpting, lifting and smoothing the skin. Like all stones, it can be used warm or cold, with a client favorite being chilled for puffy eyes.
The most frequently asked question is, do you use one or two spoons — and the answer is, either!

Small = face (longer, softer bristles)
The Lymphatic Brush is not a dry brush, a make-up, or a cleansing brush. The patented design features a unique bristle pattern and density combination that grips the skin in a precise way, targeting the superficial lymph vessels residing just under the skin. When combined with specialized techniques, it mimics the passive contractions of the lymph vessels to manually propel fluids and stimulate lymph flow.
Skincare Benefits
- Reduce puffiness, dark circles
- Brighten complexion
- Clear acne, blackheads
- Ease sinus congestion
- Minimize fluid retention, jowls
- Expedite healing; eczema, psoriasis
How to sanitize or deep cleanse your TLB?
You clean as you would a make-up or mask brush.
The Lymphatic Brush is used on freshly cleansed skin (no products, or after a non-oil based serum has been absorbed), so you can do a quick cleanse with 70%+ alcohol (spray, wipe on clean cloth), or a deep cleanse as in the video with an unscented, anti-bacterial soap at the end of the day and let dry.
For personal use, I do a quick cleanse every 3-5 days and a deep cleanse every couple weeks, depending on my use (face only, face & body). You will have a natural sense of when it needs to be cleansed by feeling the bristles and knowing your daily routine(s).
For professional use, you can do a quick cleanse after each client using 70% + alcohol and (repeat 3x) and deep cleanse at the end of each day.
When rinsing, keep the bristles to the side or gently tilted downward to avoid an excess of water building up at the base.
Please note a UV sanitizer can be used after cleansing.
Avoid harsh chemical cleansers on the handle to avoid fading.
