Refund Policy
We do not offer a refund or credit unless the product was received damaged. If you have questions about your purchase, please contact us at sales@karinekazarian.com or 212-533-1010.
Shipping
Shipping is free for purchases over $50. All orders will be shipped same-day if it’s placed before 4pm EST. Please call or email us directly for orders that need to be shipped overnight.
Damaged or Missing Packages
Once your order has shipped from our Spa, it is in the care of either USPS or FedEx, whichever was noted on your shipment confirmation. Karine Kazarian is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to the respective shipping carrier. We are happy to provide you with necessary information needed to file a claim with the shipping provider.
Returns & Replacements
At Karine Kazarian, we hope that you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will offer a refund or store credit on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in the original packaging, unopened and unused condition.
